Payment method

The payment can be made either by online or by an invoice. If you choose online payment, you will be redirected to online payment service after you accept the cancellation policy and press Register. After making the online payment, you will receive the confirmation of your registration and receipt to your email. If you choose an invoice, the invoice will be sent to the invoicing address you specified below after the registration period has ended. An office fee of EUR 10 will be added to the invoice.

Cancellation policy

Please note that all cancellations and/or changes to the registration must be made primarily through the link in the confirmation email you received at enrollment or by email: childhood2026@uef.fi

The participation fee is payable at the time of registration. A full refund (100%) will be granted for cancellations made on or before 31 January 2026. After this date, participation fees are non-refundable.

The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid fees.
