Please note that all doctoral students as well as all the other participants register with the role "Participant". If you are a Bachelor/Master student, please select "Undergraduate student" as your role and be ready to present your student identification when registering to the conference in Joensuu.

For all the field trip participants, we offer a visit to a forest harvesting site with the newest CTL harvesting technologies and methods. Additionally, you can choose one of the two following options to visit.

The Ponsse factory tour is organized in two groups, the first of which starts at 9:30 and the second at 11:30.

[ATTENTION UEF STAFF MEMBERS!] If you are an employee of the University of Eastern Finland, please note that you are not allowed to pay the conference fees with the bank card provided by the University of Eastern Finland.

The last date for cancellation is 30th of April 2025. After this, participation fees paid upon registration are non-refundable, and cancellations, as well as non-participation, will be charged in full. If necessary, you can transfer participation to another person, but in these cases we ask you to contact the organizers.
