If the registration has not been canceled before the start of the education or the student interrupts the education, the University of Eastern Finland will invoice the entire price of the education. Education manager Maria Laukkanen, maria.laukkanen@uef.fi, must be notified in writing of the interruption of training.If the registration is made after the end of the official registration period (post-registration) and the registration is canceled or the student does not attend the training, the full price of the training will be chargedExceptions are made for illnesses certified by a doctor's note. The university is responsible for implementing the training according to the agreed schedule, content, teaching facilities, online learning environment, and the quality of the training. The training is partially governed by sections 28, 32, and 34 of the University of Eastern Finland's Education regulations. The ethical guidelines for teaching are followed in the training: Ethical guidelines for teaching and studying - UEF Kamu. The student is responsible for confirming their participation and attending the training seminars and other meetings required by the training plan, and is ultimately resonsible for the participation fee. Additionally, the student must complete the assignments by the specified deadlines.
The language of education is English.
The training can be canceled by the organizer without incurring any payment obligations for the organizer.A registered customer may be replaced by another person from the same company or organisation. There is no separate fee for changing participation. The change must be notified in advance or at the latest at the beginning of the training.
