If you are registering for in-person participation at Koli, please fill in the following questions carefully.

I want to reserve a hotel room
We will book the hotel room for you in the conference hotel based on the information you provide here. You don't have to contact the hotel separately for the booking. The hotel room and meals (conference package) is to be paid directly to the hotel during the conference. These are not included in the conference registration fee! Please, refer the conference website for more information. If there are any changes for your stay or travel plans after submitting the registration, please let us know as soon as possible!

Standard room quota for the conference provided by the the hotel is sold out. The remaining rooms are of Superior type.

You can make the payment by using major credit cards, as well as the online bank transfer (Finnish banks only). The payment is handled by Paytrail.



Please, check your information and press then "Sign up" to proceed. You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail after the registration. We will send more information to the registered participants closer to the event.

You may cancel the registration for the in-person participation before October 18. In this case, your registration will be converted to the online participation. You will be returned the paid registration fee, but subtracted with the fee for online registration (70 €). If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the Koli Calling organisers at .

If you need to cancel your in-person registration after October 18, no registration fee will be returned.
