Travelling arrangements

Please, specify below the details of your travel plans. If you are not yet sure about the plans, please indicate this and update the organizers by email as soon as you know the details. The conference will organize a bus transportation from Joensuu to Koli and back to Joensuu. There will be two rounds of buses on Wednesday evening after the pre-conference workshop (going to Koli) and two rounds on Sunday (returning from Koli). Please, refer the conference website for more information about the conference bus schedules.

If you need to cancel your in-person registration after October 9, no registration fee will be returned.
