Cancellation policy



Please note that all cancellations and/or changes to the registration must be made primarily through the link in the confirmation email you received at enrollment.


If the registration is canceled no later than June 30 (Tue), a full refund except a fee of EUR 40 will be applied. For cancellations between July 1 (Wed) and July 10 (Fri), a refund of 50 % will be made. For cancellations on July 11 and after no refund will be made.
