In addition to the registration (required for all participants), please select the other options below according to your participation.

KAUS is reserved for doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers who have recently defended their thesis.

For people from the University of Eastern Finland (UEF), no accommodation will be reserved. For non-UEF participants, hotel rooms will be reserved as follows:
- KAUS participants: A single room at Scandic Joensuu from Thursday 21 May to Friday 22 May, 2026.
- Nordan participants: A single room at Scandic Joensuu from Friday 22 May to Sunday 24 May, 2026.

Cancellation terms

The registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations made before or on March 20, 2026. Cancellations made between March 21 and April 14, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations on and after April 15, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
