Payments Payments can be made by credit card or online bank transfer (Finnish banks).
Payer details The payer’s first and last name must be entered exactly as they appear on the credit card used for payment. The registration confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address provided in the payer details. Company and address fields are optional; however, if you require your organisation’s details to appear on the receipt, you must enter the necessary information in these fields.
Cancellation policy Registrations are binding and non-refundable. Once a registration has been submitted and paid, cancellation is not possible and the registration fee will not be refunded.
Liability and insurance The conference organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property incurred by participants (or persons accompanying them) during the conference or as a result of attending the conference. Registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to ensure that their own travel and/or personal insurance is valid and provides adequate coverage.
Force majeure The organisers are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, the outbreak of a serious infectious disease, major strikes, or other events beyond the organisers’ control. In such cases, the organising committee reserves the right to decide whether registration fees already paid will be refunded, in full or in part.
