The 15^thFennoscandian Exploration and Mining conference, FEM 2025 - Personal data (GDPR)

The information provided on this reservation form is used in the organization and management of the FEM conference only. By filling out this form, you give us permission to use your data in this connection. We process data we have obtained directly from you or your organization. This data is basic identifying information provided to us for the purposes of attending FEM conference, trade show, excursions, short courses, Fennoscandian Mining Night and other FEM-related events. When your data is no longer needed, it will be destroyed in a secure way.

Registration includes (participant, invited speaker, exhibitor, student) from Tuesday to Thursday programme, trade show, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, refreshments during breaks and the Ice-breaker Party on Tuesday 29 October 2025. The Fennoscandian Mining Night has a separate price/person. Fees include VAT 25,5 %.

Group registration: It is possible to make group registration by adding more participants, max 10/form. If you are planning to book accommodation for your group, please add personal information as well as event registration for each particpant by clicking the button "Add another participant" below the payment methods. After naming the participants, only then make hotel bookings. This way you will connect your participants to the room reservations you make. NB! Hotel bookings for whole group shows only on first group member's confirmation.

Cancellation terms

Cancellations must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses (congress@ulapland.fi). Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before 1 September 2025. No refunds will be made after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 60 € will be deducted from all refunds.

If you made hotel booking via registration form, here are the cancellation terms for it.

Cancellation policy for hotel bookings
- Cancellations must be made by email seven (7) days prior to the planned date of arrival at the latest.
- All bookings cancelled later than this or bookings not cancelled at all will be invoiced in full.
- Changes to bookings: Arrival and departure date changes can be made free of charge three (3) days prior to planned arrival. If you need to make changes to your booking 0-2 days prior to arrival, the hotel has the right to charge the booking as originally booked.
- Without prior notice of late arrival, hotels have the right to give a reserved room away after 18:00.
- Hotel bookings are subject to Hotel and Catering law. We recommend our clients to take a travel insurance to cover exceptional changes and cases.
