Cancellation terms


Cancellations must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses (congress@ulapland.fi). Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received



  • by 15 March 2025 (refund full payment minus 50 €)

  • 16 March – 24 May 2025 (refund 50 %)

  • 25 May 2025 no refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
