Welcome to register for the IIAA’s XVI International Summer Conference.

This is the conference’s registration site. For the programme and information concerning the venue and keynotes, etc., please go to www.iiaacongress.fi/.

The conference’s main events will be photographed. The IIAA uses the photos for sharing information on the conference and the IIAA. In case you do not want the IIAA to use your photo, contact the conference coordinator.

The conference registration fee covers the conference’s main programme. You can register here also for the offered side events. You can find the short description of the offered side events below. Read more about the events from the conference web page: www.iiaacongress.fi.

The conference's side programme:

1) The exhibition “Transformations” on Wednesday evening at the Lahti Museum of Visual Arts Malva, 25 €
The event fee covers the entrance to the museum and an introduction (20 min.) to the exhibition. Min. 15 persons and maximum number of participants: 60 persons.

2) Guided walk to the Salpausselkä Geopark area on Wednesday evening, Free of Charge
The excursion takes you to a guided walk (c. 1,5 hours) into the genuine forest environment nearby the city centre of Lahti. Bring good shoes for walking. The event includes a small snack. The tour is free of charge and provided by the EU-funded project “Local Nature as business booster.” At the end of the tour, you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire about the forest walk. Maximum number of participants: 40 persons.

3) Late evening sauna at Myllysaari on Tuesday, 55 €
Sauna, swimming, and the nightless night. The event fee includes sauna, a towel rent, bike rentals/taxi rides, and some drinks. Participants need to bring their own swimwear with themselves. The event will be organized if we get 10 registrations. Maximum number of participants: 20 persons. Places are reserved in order of registration.
