REGISTRATION & PAYMENT FORM

Nanoscience Days are organized by the University of Jyväskylä and the Nanoscience Center.

Please note that registration and payment of the registration fee (130 EUR) must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you are ready to make your payment online upon filling in the registration form. The registration closes on 18 September 2026.

Participation in the conference dinner on Monday 5 October 2026 is included in the registration fee of 130 euros, but separate registration for it is required. Thus, remember to select this option if you are attending the dinner. Please note the registration for the dinner is binding. The venue for dinner will be confirmed in August.

Following a successful registration, a confirmation email together with the payment receipt, will be automatically emailed to you.

Please cancel your registration by emailing the organisers if you are unable to attend the event and/or just the dinner.

Terms of cancellation
The registration for dinner is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event. A EUR 50 processing fee will be applied to the refund requests recieved by the given deadline (Not invited or organizers) . Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after the given deadline nor will they be given for failure to attend. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed after the event providing that the refund request is approved. Please contact the event organizers at nanosciencedays@jyu.fi regarding all cancellations or changes in participation. 

Privacy Policy 
The conference is organized by the Nanoscience Center, University of Jyväskylä (JYU). The organizing committee will handle the participants' registration data in the event organising process. Participants' data may only be disclosed to specified third parties if this is required to ensure proper organisation of the event.
