Abstracts must be written in English and submitted by this form using the provided template (Word) and attach it to this submission in PDF. The template can also be found on the website.  

The deadline for abstract submission is Sunday 1 November 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+2). Please note that only abstracts submitted using the online system can be accepted. Upon a successful submission, a confirmation will be automatically emailed to you.
