REGISTRATION & DINNER PAYMENT FORM

With this form you can register for the Synchrotron Light Finland conference organised by the University of Jyväskylä, Department of Biological and Environmental Science and Department of Physics in collaboration with Finnish Synchrotron Radiation Users' Organisation.

Conference dinner tickets (50 €) are sold separately, and seats are limited - register early to secure your seat. The dinner is organised on Thursday 3 December at Finlandia Hotel Alba at 18:00-20:00.

Please note that registration and dinner payment of 50 € must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you are ready to make your payment online upon filling in the registration form. Invoicing is not available. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt (where applicable).

To help us plan catering and reduce food waste, please register only if you are certain you will attend. If you are unsure about attending both days, please note this in the Additional Information section.

Please note the registration for the dinner is binding. In the event of a cancellation, the dinner fee will not be refunded.

Terms of cancellation
The registration for dinner is binding. The fee will not be refunded if you have to cancel the registration for the dinner on 3 December. Please contact the event organizers at fsruo2026@jyu.fi if you are unable to attend the conference or the dinner.
