REGISTRATION & PAYMENT FORM

With this form you can register for the EARLI SIG5 Conference 2026 organised by the University of Jyväskylä in collaboration with European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI) and EDUCA Flagship. You can find information about the programme on the conference website.

  • Each participant - including presenters, keynote speakers, committee members, and sponsors - must register individually. Group registration is not available.
  • Complete the registration and payment in one online session. Invoicing is not available.
  • After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt.
  • Special note for Doctoral researchers: If you are a Doctoral researcher (PhD student), a JURE member or have you received your doctorate within the last two years, you are entitled for a reduced admission fee and a proof is required upon registration. Upload either a statement from your supervisor confirming your student status or a proof of your doctoral degree, using the "Add files" button.
  • Conference dinner tickets are sold separately and seats are limited - register early to secure your spot and notify us if you cannot attend. 
  • You can also sign up for a free pre-conference activity.

Regular rates apply from 16 May to 3 August 2026.

Participation fee includes access to the scientific programme, refreshments during the scheduled coffee breaks, lunches and a Welcome reception on Wednesday 19 August evening.
There is a separate fee of 65 Eur (inc VAT) for the conference cruise and buffet dinner on Thursday 20 August evening at Juurikkasaari.
Please note that in the case of cancellation, the dinner payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation Terms
The registration is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing by 31 July 2026 at the latest. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received 1 August 2026 onwards nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed after the event. Please contact the organisers via sig5conf2026@jyu.fi regarding cancellations or changes in participation.

The event is organised by the University of Jyväskylä in collaboration with EARLI and EDUCA Flagship. The organiser will handle the participants' registration data in the event organising process. Participants' data may only be disclosed to specified third parties if this is required to ensure proper organisation of the event.
