REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FORM 
Finnish Quantum Flagship mini workshop and dinner

JQUEST 2, supported by the Finnish Quantum Flagship, is a mini workshop hosted by the University of Jyväskylä on 9th-10th December 2025. This event invites the quantum technologies community to collaborate and share new insights on current and future developments in quantum science and technologies.
 
The event has three focus areas over two days: quantum engineering, software, and technology. Speakers from Finland and elsewhere in Europe will share perspectives and future prospects in these fields.
 
Participation at the Finnish Quantum Flagship mini conference is free of charge but you must register.
 
Participants are invited to a dinner on the 9th (50€), which can be booked and paid for on the registration form.
 
Each participant must complete the registration form, group registration is not possible.
Please note that registration and payment must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you have your payment details at hand before you begin completing the registration form. Registration fee cannot be paid by invoice. Following a successful registration, a confirmation email together with the payment receipt (when applicable) will be automatically emailed to you.

Terms of Cancellation
The dinner payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the workshop if required by unforeseen circumstances.
