Plone Conference 2025 will be held on October 13-19, 2025, and will bring the Plone community to Jyväskylä, Finland,
for the first time ever!

This year's speciality will be the inclusion of the Finnish Python community with the PyDay Finland on Friday October 17, 2025.

Each conference participant must complete the registration form, group registration is not available.
Please note that registration and payment must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you have your payment details at hand before you begin completing the registration form. Registration fee cannot be paid by invoice. Following a successful registration, a confirmation email together with the payment receipt will be automatically emailed to you.

Registration

Conference ticket includes: Two days of professional Plone-training, Three days of conference talks, including special event PyDay Jyväskylä, buffet lunch during the conference days, Sprint, T-shirt, Goodie bag and Party on Thursday Oct 16, 2025.

PyDay Jyväskylä ticket includes: Access to PyDay Jyväskylä inside Plone Conference, buffet lunch and coffee and access to sprint on Saturday Oct 18, 2025.

Privacy policy
The conference is organised by the University of Jyväskylä Digital Services together with a Plone Foundation. The organisers will handle the participants' registration data in the event organising process. Participants' data may only be disclosed to specified third parties if this is required to ensure proper organisation of the event.

Cancellation Terms
The registration is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing by 1 September 2025 at the latest. A processing fee of 50 Eur will be applied to the refund requests received by the deadline. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 1 September 2025 nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed after the event. Please contact the organisers by email conf@plone.org regarding all cancellations or changes in participation.
