REGISTRATION & PAYMENT FORM

The conference is organised by the Centre of Excellence in Music, Mind, Body and Brain (CoE MMBB) at the University of Jyväskylä together with the Workshop Steering Committee of RPPW.

Each conference participant must complete the registration form, group registration is not available. Kindly note that registration and payment must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you have your payment details at hand before you begin completing the registration form. Registration fee cannot be paid by invoice. Following a successful registration, a confirmation email together with the payment receipt will be automatically emailed to you.

After the conference, you have the opportunity to unwind with a relaxing Finnish sauna experience, complete with a Jacuzzi and swimming, at Sataman Viilu. To reserve your spot, please purchase a sauna ticket for 20 EUR. Please note, there is space for only 30 guests.

The conference is organised by the Centre of Excellence in Music, Mind, Body and Brain (CoE MMBB) at the University of Jyväskylä together with Workshop Steering Committee of RPPW. The organisers will handle the participants' registration data in the event organising process. Participants' data may only be disclosed to specified third parties if this is required to ensure proper organisation of the event.

Cancellation Terms
The registration is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing by 1 June 2025 at the latest. A 50 EUR processing fee will be applied to the refund requests received by the given deadline. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received on 2 June 2025 onwards nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed after the event. Please contact the organisers by email (rppw2025@gmail.com) regarding cancellations or changes in participation.
