REGISTRATION  & PAYMENT FORM

The event is organised by the University of Jyväskylä together with the Centre for the Study of Storytelling, Experientiality and Memory (SELMA), University of Turku and The Finnish Association for Biblio/Poetry Therapy.

Each conference participant must complete the registration form, group registration is not available.
Please note that registration and payment must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you have your payment details at hand before you begin completing the registration form. Registration fee cannot be paid by invoice. Following a successful registration, a confirmation email together with the payment receipt will be automatically emailed to you.

Diet or other restrictions

Registration

Participation fee includes access to the conference programme, refreshments during the scheduled coffee breaks and lunches on Thursday and Friday and a Welcome reception on Thursday 2nd October evening.
There is a separate fee of 55 Eur for the Conference dinner on Fri 3rd October evening at Vesilinna Restaurant.
The dinner includes a three-course vegetarian meal with selected refreshments.
Please note that in the case of cancellation, the dinner payment is non-refundable.

Privacy policy
The event is organised by the University of Jyväskylä together with the Centre for the Study of Storytelling, Experientiality and Memory (SELMA), University of Turku and the Finnish Association for Biblio/Poetry Therapy. The organisers will handle the participants' registration data in the event organising process. Participants' data may only be disclosed to specified third parties if this is required to ensure proper organisation of the event.

Cancellation Terms
The registration is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing by 14 September 2025 at the latest. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be applied to the refund requests received by the deadline. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 14 September 2025 nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed after the event. Please contact the organisers by email poetrytherapy2025@jyu.fi regarding cancellations or changes in participation.
