Glass Performance Days 2025

STEP 1: Please fill in your company information and select available booth locations from the list below. You can reserve the desired number of adjacent locations using the form. If a location is not visible on the list, it is either reserved or sold.

• For a Small booth package, select one location (€6,000 + VAT).
• For a Medium booth package, select two connected locations (€9,000 + VAT).
• For a Large booth package, select three connected locations (€12,000 + VAT).

STEP 2: After you have submitted the form, we will review your application and send you an invoice for the reservation fee (1/3 of the selected exhibition package + VAT) as your order confirmation. We will contact you by email if additional information is needed. Please note that the location will be released for resale if we do not receive your reservation fee by the due date.

STEP 3: Your participation in the exhibition will be confirmed after we receive your reservation fee within 14 days of the invoice date. You will then be added to the event’s exhibitor list without further notice. The final invoice (2/3) of the selected exhibition package + VAT) for your booth package will be issued afterward.

STEP 4: Set up your booth! Exhibitors have the option to order additional event passes, furniture, and other materials for their booths via the online exhibitor portal. These additional services are subject to a separate fee and are not included in the booth package fee. The exhibitor portal will be available in January 2025, and all orders must be placed at least 21 days before the exhibition date.
