Invoicing information

Finnendo participation tickets can be purchased using secure online payments provided by paytrail or by invoice. In the case of invoice by email, the invoice will be delivered to your email address provided in the registration details. In case you do not receive an email, please contact wajih.jinnah@finnendo.fi to avoid late payments surcharges.

In case of e-invoicing (verkkolaskutus), please write details of your organisation or provide them at registration@finnendo.fi.

Please note, additional charge of 10eu + vat will be added to any changes in invoicing, for example e-invoicing.

Each participation should ensure the details of information provided before pressing the register now button. Any changes or corrections will be charged 35 euros.

Data Protection:

For details on data protection policy, please visit the finnendo website. Your registration details will not be provided to third parties, however, the list of participations maybe shared with the sponsors. There might be photographs taken during the event, and if you wish to be excluded from the photographs being shared on website, please write to registration@finnendo.fi

Registration Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed or emailed to the organizing committee Finnendo and with a reference to a bank account, including the SWIFT Code and IBAN (International Bank Account Number), where a possible refund may be remitted to. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the cancellation is received by the organizing committee.

Registration Cancellation Fee:

Before 31 August 2024: Euro 50
After 31 August 2024: No refunds should be expected (please buy insurance to secure a refund in case you are not able to attend due to illness, etc)
Any changes in registration will be charged Euro 35.
Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departure. All refunds will be processed after the Symposium.
